arm64/dts: tangorpro: use dma-cons for s2mpu_dpu
Use the new property dma-cons for the DPU s2mpu.
This tells the driver that there is a consumer device that issues DMA
during boot, so it will link it as a consumer and will hold a
reference for it until the driver probes.
