hikey: Update 4.19 prebuilt kernel
Update the prebuilt 4.19 kernel to the one built here:
https://ci.android.com/builds/submitted/8172083/kernel_hikey/latest
This resolves booting issues and bluetooth crashes recently fixed
by updating the kernel config to include new required configurations.
